Our Story
Leading a healthy and all natural lifestyle has always been the way for the founders of Green Leaf Suds.
Growing up in the forest on an Island in the Caribbean during the seventies, where your closest neighbors were at least one mile away, hardly any running water or electricity... this is where our story began.
Our family raised our own chickens, goats, and a cow for milk. We grew our own rice, cocoa, coffee, fruits and vegetables. Using that produce, we would even make our own butter, oils and natural soaps. This tradition of cultivating nature into healthy meals, medicines and skin care solutions was carried and passed down to us by our grandparents from india.

Before the term "organic" was a word, it was the only lifestyle we knew and subscribed to. Our grandparents were very savvy at creating concoctions and remedies from plants, using the leaves and roots. They educated and instilled within our family the importance of using herbs and conserving the environment.
